Swimming workout are amazing. I lost 10 pounds in less than a month thanks to swimming an hour a day. Would never have been able to lose that much doing anything else. kliknij tutaj

I do not know if it's true, but many said that working-out during winter is not good for health, as the cold weather will absorb to your body. Cursos de ingles en el extranjero

The key to my fitness happiness has been variety. I swtich between running, biking, playing volleyball, using kettlebell weights, rock climbing, kickboxing and taking Yoga class. The various styles of workouts challenge my body in different ways and makes me feel very well-rounded in overall health/fitness. It's much more fun/motivating than when I used to go to the gym to just jog.Something new I've been working on is intervals. Rather than just jogging for 20 minutes, I'll sprint 800 meters as fast as I can, walk for two minutes and then repeat 2-3 times. It makes running feel less boring, and I've noticed improvements in my speed over the past few weeks. Also, while I'm lifting weights I'll break it up with some jumping rope, jumping squats or other callisthenics to get my heart rate back up.

I keep my workouts fresh by participating in a variety of activities - pilates, BTS classes like Group Power & Group Ride, and running outside when the weather permits and the track when it doesn't.  By choosing from the many option available it's possible to keep things fresh.  That said,  I'd love to see GLC offer Crossfit and I'm eager to try the next session of the rowing class.

I have to say, it's been so nice getting back into Group Kick at Galter LifeCenter. Sometimes it's hard to fit the classes in with work and being a mom, but it makes me feel so much better when I can make at least one of my weekly workouts a class like this instead of just an elliptical machine. Elliptical is fine, but these classes are fun, they push me, and they change regularly so you can't get bored of them. It's especially motivating in the winter when it's so dreary outside. I leave that class feeling revitalized and ready to take on the day. I haven't tried any of the latest trends, but this class keeps it fresh for me, so I'm satisfied and continue to see results.

For about a year now, dozens of my friends, acquaintances and most recently my husband have gotten very into Crossfit, a high intensity conditioning and strength workout routine that focuses on a mix of cardio, flexibility, power, speed, coordination and balance. They have a couple locations in Chicago, including Windy City Crossfit in North Center, Chicago Crossfit in Lincoln Park and Atlas Crossfit in the West Loop.I think it I were to switch up my workouts, I would do this.
