The guided discussion will cover topics such as strategies, motivation and encouragement that will give you that extra push. This group meets once a month for support, idea-sharing and strategies related to eating healthy, exercising and weight management. Lead by Personal Trainer Delia Arroyo, she is eager to motivate and encourage others in their own weight loss journey after experiencing a life changing weight loss.
