The goal of this small group mat class is for the experienced student to master the Pilates Advanced Mat workout. This class is structured to add new exercises weekly, as well as refining previously learned exercises. There are appropriate modifications used for those that need them. This will challenge your core unlike any other workout. 12-week session.

The TRX Suspension Trainer is a versatile tool that requires the entire body to be used as an integrated system, building strength, balance, core stability and flexibility. Prior experience/ exposure to the TRX Suspension trainer and/or attendance at a previous TRX clinic is recommended. 12-week session.

Familiarize yourself with the fundamentals by trying one of our beginner sessions. 6-week session.

Beginning with the basics, this class will then transform some of our beginning asanas (yoga postures) into more challenging poses (think standing balancing, arm balances and binding twists.) This class is for everyone, as you can stop at any point along the way towards the transformation; Please come with an open mind and a light heart to enjoy the challenge!

Choose from a variety of tests: blood pressure (free), lipid profile and comprehensive metabolic (M $35, NM $40), cholesterol and glucose only ($7). Other tests available. Fasting recommended; nothing to eat or drink (water ok), ten hours before test.

Join Sue Talbert as she uses the low-tech tools of bands and stability balls to help you improve your posture, balance, strength, and coordination. 6-week session.

A comprehensive 9–week course, which allows you to learn about health, fitness and wellness in a supportive and encouraging environment. This program offers the practical knowledge necessary to create the foundation for long–term success in leading a healthy lifestyle. Recommended for those that know they need to exercise but don't know where or how to begin.

This course is designed for individuals interested in yoga with a gentle approach. The class moves at a slower pace, offering time for individual assistance. Classes incorporate relaxation through breath and restorative poses as well as basic asanas (yoga postures) to improve overall strength and flexibility. All levels welcome, but students must be able to get up and down from the floor either unassisted or with a chair. Yoga mats and props are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing.
