The goal of this small group mat class is for the experienced student to master the Pilates Advanced Mat workout. This class is structured to add new exercises weekly, as well as refining previously learned exercises. There are appropriate modifications used for those that need them. This will challenge your core unlike any other workout. 12-week session.

This workout focuses on improving strength and flexibility for the whole body without building bulk. The Pilates Method includes over 500 exercises that focus on the muscles of the abdomen, back and buttocks. For Intermediate classes, prior Pilates experience recommended.

Introductory course of small group mat class with a certified Pilates instructor who will break down Pilates mat class exercises with the goal of helping individuals participate in larger group mat classes. 6-week session.

Join certified Pilates instructor Joe Palla for an intense Pilates mat class designed specifically to challenge men. 12-week session.

Come to our Pilates Demo where our certified Pilates instructors will be demonstrating exercises on the different apparatuses and answer all of your questions.

Receive tailored instruction from our Certified Pilates Instructors in our fully equipped Pilates Studio. Share the cost of training on the Pilates apparatus and gain support from your workout partners! Sign up on your own or with your friends - there's motivation in groups! Three people needed per class.

Continue working on your Pilates mat work. Classes will consist of small, private mat classes for experienced Pilates mat students. There will be intense mat work along with the use of the magic circle and/or arm weights. Classes run 45-minutes. If you are past the beginning stage, you may drop in for a fee.

Increase your flexibility with Pilates! Join Juliet Cella, certified Pilates instructor, as she guides the class through the Pilates mat with an emphasis on stretching. You can learn how Pilates can strengthen your core and increase your flexibility, while creating long lean muscles. 12-week session.
