Our cycling classes are based on the fundamentals of the precision cycling program. This program incorporates authentic cycling techniques for riders of all levels, put to motivating music. Accelerate fat loss and increase cardiovascular capacity with an extended stretch to help enhance flexibility which will help improve cycling performance and prevent injury.
