I'm wanting to share experiences with other lap and triathalon swimmers. Workouts, swim stroke talk, Masters Program, diet, motivation, gear, you know...everything lap swimming.
I swim for fitness at the Galter about 5 days a week, and go at all various times during the day to workout.
