How early is too early for holiday decorations?

Some people like to put up their decorations earlier in the season because it's warmer than it will be later in December... Plus, you don't need to worry about snow!  :)

I think we should celebrate one holiday at a time. Christmas decorations should not be up until after Thanksgiving.

I definitely don't put up Christmas decorations before Thanksgiving, but I think anytime in early December is very appropriate. I love seeing the house and neighborhood glistening with holiday charm, and it's nice for the decorations to be up long enough to get the most enjoyment out of them.
