Watch a LifeTime documentary on conquering incontinence

On Saturday, Nov. 20, The LifeTime cable network aired a documentary on the ways women can overcome pelvic health conditions.

The documentary, Defining Moments: Empowering and Educating Women to Take Control, focuses on how women experiencing urinary incontinence or pelvic pain do not have to suffer in silence. It features information about The Women’s Health Foundation’s Total Control program, a groundbreaking fitness and educational course designed to teach women of all ages to cope with and conquer bladder control problems.

The special also features an in-depth interview with Heather Moky, a Swedish Covenant Hospital physical therapist, and video clips of a Total Control fitness class underway at Galter LifeCenter in Chicago.

If you missed Defining Moments last week, you will have another chance to view it.

Tune in to LifeTime on Saturday, Nov. 27, 6 a.m. (CST), or to the Lifetime REAL Women network on Sunday, Nov. 28, 6:30 a.m. (CST).
