Earlier this week, our staff was happy to see Galter LifeCenter mentioned in this Crain’s article as one of the most “Boomer-friendly” fitness facilities in Chicago.
In the “Business of Life” section of the March 7 issue, reporter Lisa Bertagnoli wrote:

One newer option in Chicago: Galter Life Center, a 69,000-square-foot facility on the Northwest Side that was certified as a medical fitness facility in November. New members undergo a health test to assess their fitness level and plan a routine. Adult-contemporary music at a low level and a warmer-than-usual pool court an older crowd. Members' average age is 47, and 35% to 40% are 50 or older…
